The flexibility that we offer allows our clients to have everything from an up-scale event to casual gatherings!   How?  We allow our couples to hire the caterer/photographer/florist of their choice.  

Have the budget for a coordinator and elaborate floral arrangements and a 3 course meal?  Great! - Agua Linda is the perfect place for your elegant event!  

On a budget and are more of a DIY couple?   Perfect! We allow you to choose outside vendors that are in your price range and wow your guests with the beauty of a venue that looks like you spent a fortune!  

AND, unlike most venues, yours will be the only event scheduled that day - plenty of time (and space!) to set up all those Pinterest ideas you have been collecting!

Our Basic Wedding Package

(Price based on 100 guests, larger groups are welcome, see upgrades)


  • Exclusive access to property as early as 9:30 AM  until the end of your event (5 hour event included; overtime available until 2AM).

  • 10 tables, your choice of 60" round, 8' rectangle or a combination of the two, white resin chairs with padded seat, white or ivory tablecloths, napkins (10 color choices, follow link to view), set up and breakdown of these items

  • Full sound/DJ for ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and dancing with mic for ceremony and toasts (sound reinforcement, stage and additional lighting available for live bands)

  • "Cafe" lights over reception area; "rope lights" over dance floor (additional in-house lighting available).

  • 2 Buffet tables for caterer

  • Permanent dance floor

  • Bar (Bartenders from Loew&Stine Bar Service)

  • Beer/wine & signature drink bar service (not alcohol*), cups, napkins, ice

  • Self-serve water, lemonade and ice-tea station with cups

  • Use of wrought-iron arch 

  • Parking with attendant

  • Up to 4 bathrooms for guests

  • Bridal dressing room

  • Groom's cantina

  • Catering space with prep tables

  • Borrowing of our wedding items (shepherd hooks, chalkboards, easels)

  • Exclusive access to rental of our props and vintage items (photo booth, games, vintage china, suitcases and more)

  • Rehearsal time (one hour, time/date subject to availability)

  • Use of venue for engagement photos

  • Signs directing to parking, ceremony, bathrooms

  • Garbage removal

  • No sound ordinances - your event can go on until 2AM!

* Our clients bring in their own alcohol - this can mean a HUGE savings for you if you plan on having a bar at your event.

Fridays and Sundays, $4,500

Your bar will be set up in our classy Spanish Colonial style pool house with fire in fireplace (if needed!), pictured left (included); Bridal dressing room, right (included).
