You've found the perfect venue, but how about where to stay and what to do in the area?
Agua Linda Farm is a beautiful wedding venue, but we are also very lucky to be located in the perfect community for your destination wedding! We are minutes away from the artist's community of Tubac with shops, museums and art galleries.
Amado, where we are located only 30 minutes south of the Tucson Airport, is a tiny town - barely a town, really, famous for the Longhorn restaurant.
Tubac, only 5 minutes south of the farm, is a small, quaint artist community rich in history and full of great shops, art galleries, restaurants and museums for your guests to enjoy - perfect destination wedding town!
Mexico is only 30 minutes south and is worth the trip if only to dine at our fav spot - La Roca!
The are also many recreational opportunities including hiking, bird watching and golf.
Make sure that you schedule a visit to the Tumacacori Mission (about 10 minutes south of us) and the museums of Tubac!

Our neighboring ranch (5 minutes south) that has lodging but does not allow events. Agua Linda and The Historic Shankle Ranch are both properties with a long standing history in Santa Cruz County. Our ranch lands have shared fences for decades and now we have combined our offerings to bring you everything you need for your wedding, family reunion, anniversary celebration or company retreat! The main ranch house sleeps 14. Optional luxury tree house sleeps 4 (or - perfect romantic wedding night suite!). Combine one of our wedding packages with The Historic Shankle Ranch via VRBO or one of our other great options listed below for the ideal Arizona destination event!

Located in Tumacacori, close to the mission and Abe's Old Tumacacori bar - all less than 10 minutes south of Agua Linda, the chili factory is a family owned and operated company since the 40's! Shop in the gift shop for culinary inspiration taken from the family run farms. Great wedding favor options, too!

Iconic Southern Arizona landmark that has been in movies and music videos (fun photo backdrop!). It has a western feel - burgers, steaks and only about 5 minutes away from Agua Linda. A great rehearsal dinner location.
Great place to get "to-go" sandwiches for the day of - also good place for next day coffee and a danish or breakfast sandwich. $

Fabulous little grocery store with EXCELLENT salad bar and deli counter. Great place to pre-order food for day of to take to venue (deli trays, etc.) or your place of lodging the night before. FABULOUS appetizer trays at reasonable prices that could be part of your wedding menu/cocktail hour and delivery can be arranged - great presentation! $
