Catering
If you select our Base Wedding package, catering is not included. This allows you to choose the caterer of your choice based on your style and budget. You are also welcome to hire our preferred caterer separately, Cafe A La Cart. A simple buffet with disposable plates might be just fine for you, or, perhaps you prefer an elegant dinner with passed appetizers, fine china and waiters - or, somewhere in between! We allow you this flexibility.
Below are a couple caterers that we love. Their style, cuisine and service vary - as do costs. We recommend these folks BUT, we do not speak for them - all bookings, costs, planning, sampling, etc. would be between you and them and are subject to their availability. See this page as a helpful guide to get you started on this important decision.
* All caterers must be licensed and insured. Agua Linda does not provide the required busing, table setting, wait staff unless arranged. If you choose a caterer that does not provide these services, you would need to have that added through us. A clean-up deposit is required for clients who opt to "DIY" the busing/clean-up (sorry, too many bad experiences with that plan in the past!).
Las Vigas Steak Ranch
Las Vigas has provided food service here for many weddings and other events over the years. They provided a traditional carne asada "taco truck" for some events here including many of our own family celebrations and also catered US Representative Gabrielle Giffords and Mark Kelly's more up-scale wedding reception with full wait staff and delicious steaks grilled on site. In other words, the level of service they provide is flexible and up to discussion with you with your budget in mind. Some couples have had them provide a dinner for their reception then additionally provide a late night Sonoran Dog station or taco truck outside of our western cantina during their after party!
Las Vigas is a great choice for Arizona/Mexican cuisine!

Café à la C’Art, Carte Blanche Catering
YUMMY! Always delicious and lots of options, Café à la C’Art (name of restaurant) & Carte Blanche Catering utilize fresh and, when possible, local foods into their menu options. Love their rich sauces, tasty appetizers and exceptional, professional service. They can accommodate vegetarian options, if you like, too. Incredible dessert choices! They are able to customize your event. They can provide full service catering with professional wait staff or buffet service.
Can provide food for smaller groups. Minimum of 20

BBQ 4 U
We LOVE this husband and wife team who know how to do it right! Simple menu - Tri-Tip and roasted chicken grilled on-site to absolute perfection by Bill on his giant mobile grill with side dish options and presented with class by Sue - always with fresh flowers and a buffet that matches your theme.
*They provide quality disposables and do not provide wait staff so plan on at least adding busing service through us. Real china is an option, but would also need to be rented separately through us.
