Agua Linda Farm has hosted many types of events including:

There are many areas at Agua Linda to choose from to hold your special occasion. Your selection of space will depend on the type of party you are having. Celebrating your 50th birthday with dancing and a barbeque? Our gitchy western cantina and ramada may be the perfect spot! How about a garden tea party for your best friend’s baby shower? There are a few options ideal for this! Want a Hawaiian themed pool party? We have the spot for that!
Unlike other hotel/restaurant venues, all bookings at Agua Linda are exclusive - no other events will be taking place on the day that you book and, other than our staff, you will have the property to yourself!

Below are the options of spaces available for private rental.
Western Cantina/ramada Capacity 50
Plan a casual, fun party in our cantina! Guests can sit up to the bar or, if the weather calls for it, cozy up around the massive fireplace under the ramada, or dance into the night with disco lights with, perhaps, a taco truck serving up some tasty food! *The cantina can also be incorporated into larger events using the sprawling lawn in front of the ramada which is lit with cafe lights after dark.
Front Courtyard Max. capacity 50
A covered porch spans the building with a closed in lawn and splashing fountain. This space is on the west side of the hacienda and the roses in April that bloom are gorgeous! This would be the perfect spot for a ladies lunch or tea party (we have lovely vintage china for rent on site!).
Tree covered yard Max. capacity 200
This large open space is grassy with mature mesquite and mulberry trees. The space is perfect for an intimate gathering or a fun family or company picnic style event - this space is the best choice if you would like us to set up lawn games (we have badminton, bocce ball, croquette, horse shoes and corn hole). Because this area is shaded, it is a great choice for day-time events and post-bodas. A fire pit can also be set up in the area for campfire songs or s’more roasting! This is also a perfect location for tents if you book a camping event on the farm!**
Reception yard Max capacity 200
This space is open lawn surrounded by flower beds. It is lit with cafe lights overhead for events going into the night and has a permanent dance floor pergola on one end. Have a sit down dinner, or have us set up our giant movie screen and have a family movie night! It is ideal for large events of 100 or more.
Formal Dining Room Max. capacity 12
Vaulted ceilings and Tiffany windows make this space ideal for a more elegant, intimate catered event. Guests could arrive and enjoy a glass of champagne on the front courtyard before moving into the dining room for a sit down dinner at the 13’ dining table. The Massive fireplace can be lit on cooler evenings. Perfect for a small wedding rehearsal dinner or an intimate birthday celebration!

This pricing structure and what is included is designed for non-wedding events to allow you to book a private party or celebration at our wonderful venue without some of the extras that a wedding requires.
There are many customizable options that can be added for events - just ask! Also, see our Upgrades page for popular in-house additions.
The costs above do not include food. Agua Linda Farm is very flexible and encourages a variety of events so you are not bound to using one caterer. We have connections with the perfect food vendor for a barbeque or Mexican carne asada, or tea party spread with sandwiches, scones and crème fraîche as well as fabulous high end caterers with wait staff or “appetizer only” options, Hawaiian barbeque or even pizza and pop-corn for a movie night! Want to do a family picnic and pot-luck? We also allow you to bring in your own food, if you prefer.
One of the benefits to booking a venue as beautiful as ours is that little decoration is needed - the grounds, surrounding buildings and views are spectacular! However, most folks want flowers on tables and, often, a few other decorative additions.
We have many in-house options for prop and decoration rental - just ask!
Most venues have a liquor license - we don’t. This is to your benefit, saving you hundreds (or thousands!) of dollars! Bring in your own (which our bartenders serve) for a huge savings! Or, have our bartenders do the leg work for you and procure the alcohol - you reimburse us at cost - a service fee would be added. Our bar service is required if any alcohol is being consumed.
There are additional fees for use of the venue for overnight camping. Options range from you and your family and friends pitching tents and having a barbeque dinner and a party in the cantina, to “glamping” tents brought in from a Phoenix company equipped with real beds and linens, a catered dinner and breakfast with Bloody-Mary bar in the morning (or whatever other fun idea you can think of!).
