Covid Considerations

Agua Linda Farm has always been an outdoor venue and now, more than ever,  couples are looking for a beautiful outdoor space with plenty of room to spread out to more safely celebrate their special day!

In addition to some adjustments in how we are managing our events, there are a few ways that our venue already is a safer choice;

  • Ceremonies and receptions are held outside in a garden/lawn setting

  • Outdoor spaces are large making it easy to spread out ceremony chairs and reception tables

  • These spaces are are flanked by 800 acres of pastures, low walls and trees - and are not closed in, tight courtyards.

  • Our venue is a private home that is not open to the public.  While you are calculating  your guest list numbers, you do not need to worry about other patrons at our venue on your day - we do not operate a hotel, restaurant or other business on site - the venue is your private space for THE WHOLE DAY!

  • We never book more than one event in a day so you know that the venue that you and your family are enjoying was not used by another group that day.


Additionally, Agua Linda has made a few changes to our operation to increase safety and peace of mind and will likely add and amend these plans as we learn more about this virus and best practice.

  • We have moved our bar, usually inside, to an outside location in the reception yard and supply single use disposables for bar service *see notation below

  • We will provide extra tables for no extra cost, if needed to give ample seating for family groupings and have plenty of room to space these tables out in the reception yard

  • Ceremony chairs will be set up further apart in the ceremony yard which has plenty space - all under natural shade! 

  • Our in-house DJ will set sound up in ceremony yard supplying sufficient amplification and a wireless microphone suspended from arch or a tree so that all guests can hear your vows.  

  • For guests of 100 or less, we will supply 2 sets of chairs so that ceremony chairs are not being reused in reception yard by a 2nd guest.  For larger gatherings, chairs will be disinfected between uses or additional chairs rented. *see notation below

  • We have modified our self-serve beverage dispensers for no-touch use and provide single use disposables for guests pre-ceremony at our water/lemonade/ice-tea station

  • An additional bar service staff member will pour wine and water at tables (without touching glasses) during dinner. *see notation below

  • Hand sanitizer stations will be easily accessible throughout venue

  • Our staff will wear masks during your event and clear face shields and/or curtains will separate guests from bartenders and Disk Jockey

  • An additional staff member has been added to be continuously disinfecting bathrooms. *see notation below

  • We will be personally reaching out to all of your vendors that you choose to communicate required standards of using of face covering and review service of food guidelines.


Pricing and Packages - See details of packages

  • Our Basic Wedding Package for up to 100 guests is still available at this time, though we strongly encourage you to restrict your headcount to 50 and are offering a $500 discount off our Wedding Package fee if you choose to do so.  (As of now, 250 is the largest gathering permitted in Arizona*).  *see notation below

  • NEW! We will soon be unveiling our Magical Micro-Wedding Package for 30 that is an all inclusive, intimate yet extravagant affair for your nearest and dearest that includes ceremony, a reception with  a plated dinner, 5 star caterer, fine china, flowers, music and more.  

  • Our Elopement Package is available for a group of 10 or less for exchanging of vows and taking photos in our beautiful setting!

  • Our Ceremony Only Package is designed for groups of up to 50 for your ceremony at Agua Linda

*Please note, for groups of more than 100,  additional cleaning staff and the need for at least one additional bar and beverage servers, and possible renting of additional furniture, will mean additional fees above our standard rate will apply during this time.
